The Commission will be reviewing the following rules for 2008. Comments and concerns should be submitted in compliance with OAC 4301:1-1-66 and delivered to the Commission at the address on the bottom of this page.

The Commission's five-year rule review schedule sets forth what rules are up for review and when.
