Commission Orders

The Liquor Control Commission issues decisions in citiation cases that can range from a dismissal of the case to a revocation of the license. Many cases result in an option for the permit holder to either pay a fine or "forfeiture", or serve a suspension for a set amount of days. A suspension means that a permit holder may not sell alcohol during that time period. Some cases result in a suspension with no option of paying a forfeiture. The most severe cases may result in a revocation of the liquor license.

Please call the Commission during office hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) at 614-466-3132 if you have questions in regards to a particular case. You will need to have either a case number or the permit number in order for the Commission staff to check the outcome of a case.
